Ok so, back In December I began blogging about my weight loss and I suspended it due to some changes however I am back to share that since December 18th I have lost a WHOPPING 22 pounds!!!
I work out 4 times a week and will need to go shopping soon because my pants are falling off!
If you have any weight to lose don’t procrastinate!
Today is the day to make the choice to start eating sensibly (and no that does not include french fries) and start walking and taking the stairs and buy some weights!
Dance to the music on Saturday Nights with me, during the Flashback Saturday Night Show!
The key to losing any weight is you gotta move, I know it’s been said out of the mouthes of many fitness trainers - You Gotta Move and I am a firm believer of this!
